WHY?
To accelerate your personal and professional growth, coaching combined with learning on-the-job is an impactful development tool and fits in nicely with our belief that learning is part of everyday work. A coach can help you to unlock your own potential by increasing your self-awareness, identifying behavior changes to boost your performance and help you grow.
WHAT?
You will start a personalized coaching process and work together with your coach who will support and challenge you to achieve your personal and professional developmental goals. Your coaching journey will be delivered fully online and your coach will communicate with you in a secure online environment.
HOW?
On this website you can find information about coaching topics, packages and the pool of certified coaches we work with. After approval from your manager via SuccessFactors Learning or email, you can select your preferred language and coach and submit your coaching request. You will be contacted within 48 hours to start your online coaching journey.

Coaching packages:
You can choose from two different coaching packages, depending on your coaching need. In all packages, your coach provides on-time, on-demand and flexible support in working on your specific development goal.

Leadership Journey 360
The leadership journey 360 is specially designed to provide you with reflections which are beneficial to:
- Reflect on where you are today on your development path in view of the Leadership Journey capabilities
- Help you discover your strengths and opportunities for further development
- Provide input for your Individual Development Plan and focus for coaching
If you have recently done a Leadership Journey 360 feedback assessment you are encouraged to share your report with your coach to provide valuable input into your development goals and challenges. It is not required to engage in a leadership journey 360 process before you take part in a coaching journey. I enjoy the e-coaching process, as I can easily fit it with my schedule. My coach sends me thought provoking questions, comments, links, for me to view on my own time.
